At LTD by Jeremy, we believe premium products deserve premium service. Below are answers to the most common questions about our clothing, footwear, and collectibles. This list is not exhaustive—if you need clarification, feel free to reach out.

Are any items worn?

  • Shoes may be worn unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • All clothing is either brand new with tags (BNWT) or new without tags (NWOT).
  • Item condition—such as factory sealed, new, or worn—is always clearly stated in the product description.

If condition matters to you (and it should), read the listing carefully or contact us before purchasing.

 

Are your sports and trading cards professionally graded?

Yes—select cards are professionally graded, and this will always be clearly disclosed in the product listing.

  • We primarily use TGA (True Grading Authority) due to their proximity in the Lower Mainland and their data-driven, objective grading methodology.
  • Grades are determined using measurable standards, not subjective visual judgment.

Optional grading service:

If requested prior to shipment, we can submit ungraded cards to TGA on your behalf for a small fee (previously ~$13 per card, ~3 weeks turnaround).

Grades are never guaranteed.

 

Do you offer in-person pickup?

Yes. Local pickup is available by request.

  • We do not typically offer delivery.
  • Special requests can be sent to concierge@ltdbyjeremy.ca, and we’ll accommodate when possible.

 

Are your items authentic?

Absolutely. All items sold by LTD by Jeremy are 100% authentic.

  • We do not deal in replicas, counterfeits, or unauthorized goods.
  • Cards, footwear, and collectibles are sourced from reputable distributors, platforms, or directly from manufacturers.

If authenticity is ever in doubt, we encourage buyers to ask questions before purchasing.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within Canada and internationally.

Shipping costs, carriers, and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Tracking is provided whenever available. Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of collectibles and high-value items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and supported checkout options displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed in full prior to shipment or pickup.
